Everything under the SUN is sold as is, no returns or exchanges. I assure you when they leave my house they are new and have their own separate bubble wraps or wrapped the way you want if that isn't good enough. I can email you a picture of your item the day you contact me. So that you will see it is being mailed in new condition and carefully wrapped. Or you could pick them up at my house if your local.
